8-Week Introductory Exploring Mindfulness Workshop
We welcome you to join our zoom mindfulness gym to experience the possibilities. Our introductory workshop includes exercising our attention as we do some gentle stretching, alert sitting, journaling, and experience sharing. The atmosphere is flexible – come as you are - cameras off and on – dogs barking - join as you can. We explore essential Mindfulness practices and teachings as participants develop their own personal practice. Time: 1.5 hours, once a week, 8 weeks.
